I've been cooking outdoors (braaing) since I was eight, that's more than 30 years. I'd like to think I'm pretty good at it, to the extent that I self identify as a Braaimaster. There are many of us dotted around the world, including my Dad (my Braai and life mentor and my hero). In 2020, in the confines of Corona virus lockdown, I braaied a lot and decided to share what this means to me. Check out my blog post, Eat, Love, Braai for more insight into the workings of my mind. I founded Braaimaster Guy with a mission to share this pastime with other Braaimasters and those aspiring to be one.
